About the Chef — Christine Taylor Garner

Chef Christine Taylor Garner Me, with a really big knife

My food philosophy is that simple, whole foods taste better and are better for you than the processed, packaged, preservative-laden stuff that's marketed to us everywhere. Whole foods are minimally processed and as close to their natural state as possible - fresh, local fruits and vegetables; whole grains and nuts; naturally raised meats, fish and poultry; fresh, fragrant herbs, natural cheeses and dairy products...these are the foods I love to eat, and to cook. I know you'll love eating this way too - especially when you don't have to do the cooking.

TaylorMade Meals began in 2004 in Watertown MA with one client, a handful of recipes and a desire to build a business that made me happy. Moving to Sudbury in 2005 has helped to make that a reality. You may have seen me in one of our area grocery stores; I spend a lot of time there. Feel free to stop me and ask questions or just say hi next time you see me!

I graduated with top honors from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts; I'm a member of the Personal Chefs Network; fully licensed and insured; and ServSafe™ certified in safe food-handling procedures. Contact me today for a free personal consultation. And start feeling good about your food!
